Mandalay Homes was founded in 1999 by David Everson who was anxious to build a new company based on ideas born from many years in real estate sales and homebuilding. Since its founding, Mandalay has had the good fortune to add a core staff of people that has grown into a family of its own. David Everson - President of Mandalay Homes
Dave's family is in its third generation as homebuilders. Originally from northern Michigan, Dave began building homes here in the Valley in 1995. Now in his 11th year as a home builder, he responsible for our land planning, home design and construction operations.

Guy Hardy - Front End Superintendent
Guy has lived in the valley nearly his entire life and started in the concrete construction industry in high school. With almost 30 yrs of experience, he has been a valued member of our company for 4 years. His concrete expertise allows us to create beautiful, unique looks in our developments.
Dani Buskohl - Director of Customer Relations
Dani, a graduate of ASU's School of Architecture, joined the Mandalay team 2.5 years ago. She works hard to develop strong relationships with our customers to help guide them through the entire construction process. Her design skills and input from our customers help Mandalay continually create better designs and processes.
Jeff Fjalka - Construction & Development Manager
Jeff began working for Mandalay Homes in March of 2004. A graduate of the WP Carey School of Business at ASU, he manages the development of all of our site and building plans from design and engineering through city approval and construction. Jeff also works with our trade partners, finding ways to incorporate high-quality innovative products in our homes.
Jessica Greenleaf - AutoCAD Space Planner
Jessy graduated with a bachelor in Interior Architecture from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and quickly moved to Phoenix, joining our team in 2005. Her design skills and amazing talent on AutoCAD help Mandalay keep up to date with our innovative designs.
Sina Johnson - Bookkeeper
Sina and her family recently moved to Phoenix from California and we were happy to add her to our team. With nearly 6 years of bookkeeping experience, she not only coordinates all office activity but also the company's accounting. Currently enrolled in school, she is completing her degree in accounting.
Scott Buck - Superintendent
Scott, joins our team this year with over twenty-five years of experience in a variety of construction related fields. He has done everything from construction foreman, site work, demolition, remodels, and heavy industrial equipment! His wealth of knowledge gives us a great assistance on site and we are excited about our newest addition.
