Dave's family is in its third generation as homebuilders. Originally from northern Michigan, Dave began building homes here in the Valley in 1995. Now in his 15^th year as a Phoenix home builder, he responsible for our land planning, home design, asset management and oversees all construction operations. By working closely with our subcontractors, vendors, and business associates, he builds valuable relationships to ensure we have support from all our business partners.

Dani, a graduate of ASU's School of Architecture, joined the Mandalay team four years ago. Dani has a unique position as the customer “liaison”.  She works hard to develop strong relationships with all potential and current customers and facilitates sales as a Sales Manager and licensed Realtor®.  As all customers’ single point of contact, Dani works closely with all our business partners to help customers create their dream home by guiding them through the entire course of construction and processing all custom requests.  With an eye for detail, Dani recognizes and enforces quality standards and homeowner selections during the construction process and conducts individual walk-thrus with each buyer.  To guarantee a smooth closing, Dani acts as a closing coordinator, ensuring all parties are ready and able to close escrow.   In addition, her design skills and input from our customers help Mandalay continually create better designs, specifications, and processes.  As well, Dani manages the company's accounting.  

Jeff graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in the spring of 2004 and has worked with Mandalay ever since. He currently is in charge of coordinating vertical construction and site work from initial design until final completion. Jeff works closely with design professionals and engineers to develop plans which will satisfy the permitting requirements of the city and county development services departments. He then hires contractors to perform the work, sends out purchase orders and schedules jobs. Throughout construction, Jeff functions as an intermediary between the contractors, city inspectors and engineers, working to resolve any construction conflicts that may arise. He is in charge of filing all other paperwork and obtaining all tests and reports necessary in order to receive final approval of homes and site work. Additionally, Jeff works with the Sales Manager finding ways to accommodate requested plan changes and special customer requests.

Guy has lived in the valley nearly his entire life and started in the concrete construction industry in high school. With over 30 years of experience, he has been a valued member of our company for 6 years. His concrete expertise allows us to produce beautiful, unique looks in our developments, which he creates personally. Beyond decorative concrete, Guy also assists the Construction  & Development manager with all site development and vertical construction.  By continually reviewing the houses under construction, he recognizes and enforce quality standards and construction schedules.
