iON PLUS
iON PLUS homes with included solar are an incredibly efficient HERS25 reducing the home’s energy demand by 75%. Building on the iON Ready platform we are able achieve this with 60-70% fewer solar panels providing significant cost benefits to the homeowner and dramatically lowering the entry cost to own solar.
iON PLUS homes also come equipped with an additional layer of air purification on top of our already award winning indoor air quality.
iON ZERO
This affordable option translates to incredible savings on your energy bill. By adding additional solar (double from iON PLUS) you can reduce your home’s energy demand by approximately 90% earning a coveted HERS 0.
